Recent dog thefts.............

There have been many recent dog (lurcher) thefts posts recently on here and I know that its going on in my area too, a girl as had two dogs chored from her back garden and then someone tried to blackmail her into buying one of the dogs back with the threat of violance if she went to the police. What amazes me is the fact that people don't seem to be that bothered until it happens to them and if these people don't get stopped it probably will. Its all in our best interests to see that these parasites are stopped. I have had a taste of this and luckily it was only ferrets but losing a dog must be gut wrenching. When a post for help gets put up in here it turns into a piss take............................25% of the people on here are good decent people but the other 75% well I best not say anymore.

I had a lakeland robbed, wasnt a bitch i was attached to as she was a pain in the hole to kennel & she didnt have a working bone in her body as i discovered after i had bought her... I was lucky as i had the good dogs locked away safe because i knew the c**ts were sniffing around trying to buy the terriers.. What pissed me off was that id never be able to keep anything decent in my yard in case the fuckers come back... Have to keep every f*****g thing locked and chained down, have to keep the lurcher in the house at night or with me if i go out anywhere, i can no longer keep gamefowl.

I've had them try and take mine from the van luckily the terrier showed them the error of there ways by shredding the blokes arm. Hopefully he thinks twice about stealing dogs now ever time he looks at the scars

had two taken ten years ago out of the kennels in the back yard put me off having dogs again searched for two years never found them i got a lurcher two years ago after a long break from the game he is in the house no way would i kennel another dog after the heart break of losing them two if i ever found out who took them i would do time for them pure scum bags. atb

how can you help if they do not know who took them no one helped me out but if i knew some one had another mans dog i can say the dog would be going back to its owner scum b*****ds want there hands breaking. atb

they no who this lot are, and know one has offered, and when they were up near durham way, all the lads were out driving round looking for them!

All it takes is one wrong thing to happen and your up on a murder charge

not heard of it happening in scotland so much as england was as bad here 25 years ago but dont hear so much of it now [ touch wood ] must be a gut wrenching thing had ferrets stole in the past

Not so sure northernlite had an attempt on mine couple of weeks ago mate, problem is where I am there's alot of hawkers so word gets about the traveling boys of what dogs doing what, pain in the c**t.

thats the worse about the bigger dogs i just go out myself mainly we rabbit dogs i have so no hassle hope it doesnt happen again Daz

had a real good bitch nicked about 12yrs ago, but she must of got away from them as she would'nt go to just anyone

and was killed about 50yds from my house she got hit by a car

and the dog i've got now some t**t tried to nick him when i went on holiday, they tried to get him the first night i was away

but luckily for me he'll bite people he does'nt know but the w**kers left the gates open, but he stayed in the garden

and when the lad who worked for me came to check on him in the morning he got bit aswell

i know its someone who knows me because i dont advertise the fact i've got dogs

the hardest thing is knowing some f***er sat in my company could be responsible

it'll be a sad day for them if i ever find out who it was
