dogtran terrier boxes

got a 4 partition box of dogtran its a cracking box easy to keep clean and light enuff to lift in and out of the truck on your own,,, BUT!!! the locks on them are f**king useless,, only 2 of the 4 locks work the other 2 just spin round,, we had 4 youngters in the box and they where just busting the doors open every now again in the end we had to strap the doors shut which is a nightmare when your getting them in and out all day,, i no the youngters dont like the box at first but if they now they can get out they will just keep on and on at the doors,, i could prob send they back but they would only put new locks on and they will soon go aswell and not only that i cant be with out a box,,,,

Into my second season with my quad box and have had no problems with the locks.

 

Send it back or phone them up and see what they will do for you.

ive had no probs in 2yr, but my mates locks are fct and he only had them a month,

A couple of the lads I know that's got them boxes have had trouble with the locks spinning other than that they're very happy with them!

don't know why you don't make your own boxes they are not difficult to make why pay for one if your own can do the same job

They sent me a new lock, but at £200 à box they Should be better.mine wasnt broke just the scres holding them together have worked loose but only à few months old
