chilli 381 Posted October 22, 2012 Report Share Posted October 22, 2012 A lot of managing directors of companies dont pay much tax either , they do this by not paying themselves a wage but once a year they pay themselves a bonus . This is paid at a lower rate , another loophole that should be closed down . Pay corporation tax, (not sure now but was a lot lot less than income tax) then pay dividends to directors. I dont see this as being as bad. Sending all your profit overseas in the guise of licenscing etc however.... Quote Link to post Share on other sites
