bigmac 97kt 13,834
Well lads was out to night with both rifles got to the farm at about 6.30 had a walk around with the raider first not much going on to early and with the farmer moving the sheep around from feild to feild went back to the car for a cupa put the raider away and was just about to get the tx out when the farmer came over on his quad bike and asked me to give him a hand so off we went all i had to do was stand in some of the gate ways so the sheep wud not go in where ever he wanted me to stand tell you what those sheep dogs are good it was good to watch them the farmer on his quad bike and the dog rounding the sheep up and moving them on well that all dun off back to the car picked the raider up for another wander but then i thought no ill take the tx this time plenty around but to much noise under foot as the ground was so wet i was sinking into the mud and as i was lifting my foot out it was making a squelshing noise that you could here from the other side of the farm so the rabbits were off before i could lift the rifle up never mind shoot the bl****dy thing with all the rain we have had most off the feilds were the same so i got my self back on solid ground checked a few places where the rabbits have not been for a long time the bottom feild three in there, farm house feild five in that one, paddocs five in there to but just left them as it is a long time since iv seen them in or around eny of them places so off to the car for another cupa but on the way i stopped and scand the big field with the gun lamp and saw one sitting in the bushes so over the fence i went i thought it will dive down its hole with the noise im making got about 35 yards lifted the tx up flicked the lamp on , it was still there now iv got my tx set at 35 yards so i put the cross hairs just to the left of its eye and fired one shot one kill not much after that so back to the car had a cupa started to take the photos then my phone died so gutted it and took the rest of the photos back at home hope you enjoy the read atvbmac 1 Quote Link to post

AirgunGuy 362
Have any of you fellas tuned your TX's in any way? I was at a range with my v-mach 97k and there was a bloke there with a TX that he said had been tuned and the difference was chalk and cheese. The 97k was far better in every way Quote Link to post
