beast 1,884 Posted October 18, 2012 Report Share Posted October 18, 2012 wash it twice a day with a weak salt water solution, then dry thoroughly. when it is dry you can put vaseline on just to stop any dirt getting in. if you put the vaseline on when it is still a bit damp you will just seal the water in which won't help the healing process Quote Link to post
