heat lamp bulbs keep going

Recommended Posts

Are they too low and the dog knocking them? I use low energy lamps. 175 watt which are equivalent to 250 watt. In 2 years I've only replaced 1 bulb in 2 lights. Other than that your just probally unlucky as there is nothing in a light fitting that can make a bulb blow.

A loose/bad connection in a light fitting will cause bulbs to blow.

Cheers.
