Up at the top mate usually on the RHS at the end of the long spring, there is a tensioning nut held in place with a slip pin, you have to take the pressure off with the aid of a large shifting spanner and remove the pin, you then have to wind the tension up, I usually do this by pulling down on the shifter and inserting a nail punch into one of the holes allowing you to move the shifter and repeat the process, do this about 4-6 times and reinsert the slip pin, hope this helps atb p.s watch yer fingers

Be careful with this mate the doors are normally tensioned on a large spring when you remove the pin the spring can spin and can be dangerous, watch your fingers as Bramble said.

I had to take a large roller shutter down on a warehouse, when I released the tension the whole end plate spun at frightening speed I was inches from losing a hand.....
