Well he does seem to be a bit inexperianced, must admit, when ever I've seen a mole hill erupt in close proximity (and they do regularly if your still and quiet) I have wondered what it would be like to see one poking its head up

 

I can just imagine one poping it head out and it's huge hands up at the side (as if to surrender) looking directly at a barrel muzzle and it thinking 'Oh sh!t! Bad Move!' :laugh:

ive seen a few on top whilst out lamping, normally on sports fields parks ect, anywhere theres short grass, when the dews on the grass they come up ontop after lob worms, they sort of swim across the grass, looks very odd

They are the only trap i use. Easy to set, you can some times catch 2 and because they are out of sight there is less chance of they being stolen.

Dress yourself up in a sexy female mole costume (you know the type, big eyelashes, red lipstick etc) and mince about the garden. That'll make the red blooded male moles come out for a look, and when you hear one wolf-whistle, turn around and blow it's head off.
