it was a good show and had a great turn out, but there were some bad points, the most annoying thing was the muppets flapper racing with their 15/16ths bred greyounds pretending to be lurchers, if you want a racing dog go to a track :toast: , then there was the (so called) lurcher judge, he seemed to give first place to whoever he found most attractive, which was worrying because some bloke called graham kept winning :icon_eek:, then there was the group of drunken dublin louts who ruined the day, i was glad to see them leave in their pimp mobile :bye: on the plus side i seen one of the nicest asses i've seen in ages

looking forward to next year

A Tribute to the late John Shaw who passed away  last Thursday 6th November 25

      I Am Free
Do not grieve for me now my  friends and family, I am free
I am following the path God Laid for me
I took his hand when I heard him call
I turned my back and left it all
I could not stay another day
To Love, to live, to hunt, to show my treasured Whippets, or play.
I found a peace at close of day.
Be not burdened with the times of sorrow
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow
Perhaps my time seemed all to brief
Do not lengthen it now with undue grief
Lift up your hearts my friends and share with me
      God wanted me now,
      He set me free.
John, we will love you forever and you will be sadly missed by your loving family and all your Country Sporting Fraternity and in the show ring.
May the Angels above give you the best seat in Heaven and may your gentle soul rest in peace.
      For Country Sports Fraternity
      Margaret Mc Stay
