jigsaw 11,902 Posted June 17, 2012 Report Share Posted June 17, 2012 had a visit from some cnut at 3.25 a.m.this morn.I was just gone to bed and noding off when the dog out the back went mental at the side gate,now I have 2 gates at the side of my house.The outer gate was closed out but unlocked,the inner gate where the dog is behind had a pad lock on it,I jumped up out of bed and headed down stairs,i looked out the back and the dog was stuck at the side of the house roaring his skull off with the rest of the other dogs joining in also.,I ran to the front of the house and pulled the curtains back to see a car heading out the drive way to the main road.When I went out the front the side gate was open so he obviously took a look inside.Locked up the front again and went and told Neiko how good he was.He relaxed again and back to his box.Well pleased with the dog I was.The neighbour told me she heard the dogs freaking out and guessed there was a reason for it as you'd never hear a peep from them anytime normally.Hopefully the dog has put them off coming back to try again but time will tell. jigsaw 11,902 Posted June 17, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 17, 2012 lab all i saw was the side of the car as it drove off,barely awake I was.Frank they dont do much for me either mate,lol.I have the place well locked up all the time and after last night I think youd want to be a brave individual to take the risk and entre in the hope the dog would back down.He did a good job at alerting me,as for the rest of the family...........not one of them heard a thing comatosed they were,lol.
