terrier pulled out already dead fox

talk dog for a run , after 4 hours of walking in this huge park my dog found a hole and he went in, minutes laters he pulls out the whole a dead fox , i was like wtf !!! lol... fox is not moving its dead, than i notice its dry as biscuit .. its been dead for couple of weeks.... that was akward

Dig 6ft one day a few years back to a red bitch I had lying into an already dead completely stiff fox. Bit off a downer on the buzz, but these things happen.

Happened once, was strange my bitch was in a few feet, reached in and pulled out a dead one - fresh!

My dog pulled out a fox all that was left was dry skin and white skull. The den had been in use the day before as the farmer had seen the foxes go in and out. I wondered why the foxes would live in with the dead.
