I,d like to thank everyone who came and supported the show again this year and made it another outstanding success, A big thank you to all the judges who did a first class and through job, I only wish I'd more time to socialise with you but that's the down side of being the show organiser. Lot's of cracking dogs in all classes even the judges commented on how high of a standard the dogs were.The stickmaking competition was very well supported with 125 entries. The only disappointment for me was that we couldn't run the digging competition as only one team entered.

Well done Jsmith now that was a proper fair best iv bein too in years very well organised , cheap entry great turn out of good dogs and weather was spot on... look forward too next year...

I couldnt make it but good to hear the show went well. Pity about the diggin comp. We had some craic at the wexford show diggin. I will get to this show next year

just got back to wales a few hours ago from judging the lurcher show and gotta say what a cracking show. well organised,,brilliant craic with everyone and austin and his mates put hospitality to the max for us.also the irish couldnt have been more helpfull round the show one complete stranger even letting my mate use their phone to tel home because ours were all flat.on to the dogs and gotta say what a nice stamp of lurcher in ireland, overall the classes were much more competetive than over here with lots of classy lurchers in nearly every class. looking round the show the wheaten seems to figure highly in the irish lurcher scene and in the second generation seems to throw a very nice type or running dog.also there were some cracking bull breeds both pure and crosses on show seems strange seeing the big bulls with cropped years and nobody batting an eyelid. the dog pulling events also pulled in a good crowd and lots of entries and was run with military presicion.all in all a brilliant day out in a cracking and well run show and well worth a visit next year whether you live over there or in the uk .and will end with a massive thumbs up for this show. :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: .well done austin and his teamalso big thank you to hiis wife for doing excellant job stewarding for me on a long and hot day .

Thanks John I'm really glad you enjoyed your visit to Clondulane.It was a pleasure to meet yourself Jill and Stat and yourself and Stat did a top class job in judging the show. As I've said my only regret is that I couldn't spend as much time with ye as I'd have liked, trish who to be honest isn't really a dog person had a great time working with you and says you're a proper gentleman.Hopefully we'll meet up in the future and have a good chat.Thanks again.
