twobob 1,499
i think to many trades and people like power station workers had it and pylon workers had it to easy for to long and now there all crying coz the cant hit a grand a week... its a fecking joke and one of the reasons were in the mess we are! wake up and smell the shite boys! what do you work as kanny to earn that kind of money need to work hard and be good at what you do and that takes time not just over nite so to say we had to easy is stupid atb i take my hat of to "skilled" workers but I know wasters who never had a good days work in them get on the stations and clear 1200 quid a week most of that went back up there nose ... im a cabinet maker of over 20 years and ive never earnt that kind of money but then again im never out of work my clients arnt efected by recession. I wouldnt call it easy unless you have tried working on the pylons, see if you can get someone to give you a go at going down a hook ladder off the end of a arm to block out ,or on to the conducter to take the dampers off thats clean work but them that paint em deserve a gold pig my bro was on them for years hes on the rigs now i know theres alot of genuine workers on them and the stations but there was also alot of arshole who didnt deserve to be same with the building trade and i hear them crying like babys now times aint so good maybe they should have saved a bit insted of pishin and snorting it all.....gets my back up thats all plus and minus in every job, never put owt up my nose but drank more than my fair share but got up for work next morning, not much else to do when your 200/300 mile from your own home
kanny 21,541
anyway the point i was trying to make and proberbly should have said is maybe when the times were good is that people shouldent have been on quite as much as they was the higher the national average wage the less the pound is worth and its pushes prices up but they never go down and when the good times are over its a whole world of hurt for everyone.
