B.P.R 2,798
anybody know where you can get a guard for the rear of the boot. I'm not on about the dog guard that goes behind the seats, I'm talking about the ones that go at the boots door so you can open it and keep the dogs in? I've seen them in people's cars with a door in them? I've got an astra estate and took the dog cage out the back as I've just acquired another dog. I've gave them the whole boot but it's a hassle trying to keep them in when I open the boot. I don't have an idea what they're called officially or where to start. dixiebop 125
Kurgo, zip line would do you.....WWW.kurgo.com,Fella at Silverburn,Glasgow sells them,£14 .50 a pop.take two dogs easy...
B.P.R 2,798
They kurgo zip lines look ok if you've just got one dog. I've got 3 and they would wrap themselves up. A piece of rope with a lead on it would do the same. Plus 3 dogs pulling at that would rip it out. Thanks for the help though. I looked at the tailgate guards. Pretty expensive. Think me and RM will have a pop at one ourselves. Can't be that hard....... Can it?
littlefish 598
Try Barjo website. Also train your dogs the STAY command while they are in the boot until they have their leads on and are told to come out of it..
B.P.R 2,798
Barjo, mmg and guardsman Make them. Been looking up on it. Was looking in the region of £200-300 for one which was way out of my price range. Managed to find one secondhand 2 minutes away from me for a few quid. Just fitted it and very happy. Will do the job.
