Is spun poly to heavy for long nets??? Im just learning how to make me own nets and there is plenty time before the season starts so gonna try and make me own long bet

If You have purchased the twine for purse nets then I would say No for a long net!! if its the Long Net twine thats advertised on agoutis site then Yes,,,

the purse net twine is too heavy/thick for longnets, the longnet twine is a lot finer than the purse net twine

i made a couple of stop nets with spun poly which are about 10 yards there fine, but wouldnt want to go much more, for a longnet you cant go wrong with the agouti longnet twine the one i made last season well pleased with
