Don't think I will be at this show heard a few things about the organiser tout comes to mind about other terrier men

Its no secret Dessie has been hounded by the USPCA recently and is awaiting charges like a few others, some of whom are acquaintances of his. Deduce what you like from that. Myself, I choose like many others I'm sure to support our terrier men in there hour of need.

well now..dessie is the one getting hounded by these arse holes not like a certain other fellow on here, who happened to get his dogs back and suddenly his mates get raided!! Now any one with a bit of sense will guess who the tout is!

DESSIE I WILL BE THERE TO SUPPORT THE SHOW ,THE TRUE DOGGIE PEOPLE KNOW THESE PEOPLE ON HERE THAT HIDE BEHIND NAMES ARE THE REAL ONES TO WATCH

i would never mention anybodies name on a open form, ...but "dogs balls" is WRONG to accuse and name any one as a tout ,especially dessie as he is having a very ruff time at the minute, "dogs balls" has an other name on here but "dogs balls" is the one he hides behind and makes trouble constantly....at a time we all need to be supporting people like dessie ,he (dogs balls) starts hijacking a form.

haha there is another man that runs a shows a tout,when the uspca turns up at ur show with 10 jeeps of peelers in rait gear,lifting dogs and taking reg of cars and he gets left aloan well i do say,we dont forget, ha ha

I havnt been on this forum for very long and cant see me staying on it for very much longer. I notice a lot of the topics get hijacked by complete empty heads who just seem to thrive on running other peoples dogs or characters down.Its very easy to hide behind a key board and be a hard brave man running this or that down and generally being a complete clown when no one can see you or knows who you are.I have read three or four different topics this evening rangeing from ferreting to whippets to now this and nearly all have a few dickheads on slabbering about some one or some ones dogs. As for Dessie ,i like you all, have heard all the shite and have listened to all these experts some of which is posted on here that seem to have an inside knowledge of the uspca and psni case regarding Dessie and co which makes me wonder how they obtained this inside knowledge? But i, like any right thinking person will wait for the outcome at the end before forming an opinion on any thing or any one. What i can say is i have known Dessie a long time and have always found him a true terrier man who eats sleeps and breathes terrier work.

They are trying to ruin Dessie's show, like they tried to ruin the Charity show a few weeks back, let hope Dessie's show turnes out 1/2 as good as the charity show, and every one should blank their show at end of the summer

As far as I am aware under the UK & Irish justice system a person is innocent until proven guilty. I think it is appalling to bandy names about on the forum as such things can spread like wildfire and even friends can view each other with suspicion. It is not in the interests of the terrier, lurcher and indeed countrysports communities to turn inwards on themselves.

 

My personal position is that I suport all legal sports, I don't like to see anything done that causes unecessary cruelty to any animal. For as long as I can remember I have been a dog lover and certainly could not support anything or any one who is involved in cruelty to dogs.

 

The Lawrencetown show had qualifiers for our finals last year and nothing has happened in between that would cause me to reconsider this. I wish the show well and if I can spare time I will be there.

 

Dogs Ball entry on the forum has been interesting : So far he has attacked me, our shows & other shows and appeared to praise only one show - interesting!

i totally agree Albert,its funny this "Dogs Balls" only has good things to say about one show...! Dessie Mackin's show every year is one i would not miss, there is always a cracking turn out and it is up there with ballywalter and shanescastle , it has been on the go for a long time now,and i hope it gets a good turn out..the crack is always brilliant...and i hope everyone is there to support him...

Sorry Tuck, due to the dwindling numbers in strong dog classes in recent years, Dessie has decided not to have these classes this year.

Sorry Fiona, no English qualifiers this year. There is though qualifiers for the Five Nations Lurcher Championship and the Master Magrath Lurcher Race. I will try to remind him early next year to sort out a few other qualifiers
