Great pics Paulus, me mam hand reared one when we were kids in the late 70's. It got to about the size of yours but then started to become a handful, biting and scratching like feck. Though the job was done and we let it go. ;)

i gave to a bloke who bred belgian hares never did find out if he bred off it.

Doubt it mate Belgian Hares are rabbits.

I think i would of been around 4yr old then and wearing rupert the bear trouser's for nursery.. :laugh: ..I know a lad who reared two of them a good few year's back and they got to a good size but they where really bad tempered..he ended up killing them by giving them some carnation milk or some thing like that..

i put it in with a young mallard once and it beat the shite out of it :laugh:

Cracking pictures there Pauls :victory:. I would have been 10 in 1975 mate and probably egg colecting back then and walking the woods with a catapault :laugh:.........

same age mate i had the biggest egg collection in the town :laugh: believe it or not i still hunt in the same woods as i did then only ive upgraded the catapult :laugh:
