I can understand that being on the news again as two of the accused have been brought back up in front of the judge again for that killing. Even with that case though, I'm sceptical as to it being what they portrayed it to be. IMO they were a gang of stupid young lads out looking for a bit of trouble. Had they come across any young man regardless of colour they'd more than likely started trouble with them and done the same thing. They didn't set out to attack a black man from the off, it just so happened Steven Lawrence was black, he was there with his mate and was good enough for a leathering as far as they were concerned. They've give him a kicking and one of them has gone over the top in the heat of the moment and stuck a blade in him. I can't remember every detail of that case but until someone is able to convince me otherwise I'll accept that it was a racially motivated attack. The Demonisation of the white working class continues to build momentum! i don't know the ins and outs of that case,but my point was i wouldn't like to try and guess how many white lads have been attacked and killed by other races in suspected racially motivated attacks between now and then. They were all convicted of a racially motivated murder yet who knows about that? Where was the mass media coverage for that crime? A 15 year old white child is specifically targeted gets tortured, set on fire, and killed by a gang of Pakistani men all because he's white and no one hears a peep. Why doesn't anyone know who Kriss Donald is? It didn't make the news here like other supposed race hate crimes have made all over Britain where the victim was Black or Asian! Unlike the Donald case, where is the evidence to suggest that the Lawrence killing and this Salford shooting case were racial? If you can convince me otherwise then I'll accept I was wrong. gnasher16 29,711 Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 (edited) The fact that somebody says the word " black " while killing somebody does not make it a racially motivated murder........if you replace the word black with the word " fat " does it suddenly become an overweight motivated murder ?..............any number of names might get called during the heat of the moment but if its anything to do with black/paki you can bet your bollocks it will go down as racial.....thats just the race obssessed times we live in.....the fact the Lawrence murder was near 20 years ago and they,re still going on about it tells you just how race obssessed we are....had they called him a fat c**t while plunging him it would have been forgotten within a week ....alternatively if he had been white it would be forgotten within days... As was poor Richard Everitt a 15 year old chubby white kid who was chased by 10 asians near Kings Cross station and stabbed to death BECAUSE he was white......but f**k it...it was only a year after the Stephen Lawrence murder so forget the poor white boy who cares.
