Patterdale x Lakeland

Recommended Posts

I have recently bought a patterdale cross lakeland pup (marvin), he has more patterdale looks than lakeland, seems to be smooth haired but has whispy hairs around his body not thick clumps, more like random groups of long fine hair. My question to you guys in the know is, is there a chance his hair will continue to grow or are these just overgrown strand that will amount to nothing?

Sits back and awaits the mocking of the ignorant lol

Hi Mate, I know it is not exactly the same but I got a Deer/Grey X Whip pup several months ago and she was completely smooth and almost completely black except a white blaze on her chest, over the past 3 or 4 months she has also started producing clumps of wirey grey hair around some of her features. She is now coming up for 9 months and is getting a little more grey and broken everyday. Hope this helps, definately a question worth asking though as I am interested to hear what the other guys think.

Thanks

Pat
