alternative bipod for airgun

i already have a harris tilt and swivel bipod on a different gun and i was just wondering if there are any good alternatives out there which will do the same job.thanks .atb

theres loads of chinese and other copies about all do pritty much the same job as the harris but for far less money

Yes mate the Deben tilting bipod.

 

Cheaper than the Harris but very good.

What about a nice FT bean bag, it will also improve your shooting skill.

Had a Harris copy, fell to pieces, think it was a Deben actually! I say stick with Harris, buy once, they do have a lifetime warranty on them!

if i had known this you could of had a look at my three,Harris tilt13x27, Deben non tilt 6x9, Nikko Sterling tilt 9x13.

all have different uses through out the year

hello davy i have seen some of the cheaper ones ,on e bay ,and they only seem to have the tilt facility .i am looking for one that swivels and tilts.harris are good just looking for a cheaper alternative but only if it swivels and tilts 6-9" and is well made.if i cant find one will try yours when i see you next.atb take it easy.

We know, we know, mine had the qd stud fixing point fall out, it was repaired, same thing happened to Mary's, then the spring that opens the bit that clamps onto the qd disappeared on mine, I carried on using it, then the blasted leg spring detached and whacked me over the knuckles, that was it, Michael Tawn was doing Harris bipods at a good price so we both re-equipped with Harris bipods. They are a league apart. The pads on the copies move easily, marking the stock, the Harris ones seem to be welded to the bipod! Much better. Sticking with Harris here!
