To much bickering-feel the love

Is it my imagination, or since the clocks went back, there seems to be a lot of bickering on thl. Riflemen/dogmen topic was locked, there is one going on at the minute that is going the same way, to do with hares, and there seems to be some petty arguing on some others. Although entertaining at times, if its not constructive, is it really necessary. Why don't you pm each other and do it in private. Or go the Joe Davy way and do it on you tube.

 

The riflemen dogman thread should have been removed as its clear it the OP was taking part in lurching foxes and moaning about the legal way of taking foxes unlike his own method.

So the bickering on the THL seems to be between members who work within the law and the members who dont.

I for have been involed in bickering one member said I needed taking out so I on the open forum said I am up your way name your place etc non of this you tube nonsense face to face errrr guess what errrr I didnt ssay I was going to do it was the reply.

This forum is great but you need to weed out the real deal members who hunt within the law and are geniune good guys which there is many but the forum is so big there a awful lot on knobbers who talk the talk but fail to walk the walk .

Just because something has been made illegal doesn't make someone any less of a hunter!!!!

 

If the the method is illegal broadcasting that you do it on the internet is pure maddness I am not calling into question there hunting prowness etc.

Ive been called a troll on this site clearly not love all aspects of shooting hunting etc but why tolerate members who brioadcast there illegal methods actions.They are doing more damage to hunting etc than any TROLL on this site .

They broadcast it 'cos basically they're for want of a better description, plain f**king stupid, and know no better .

 

Much of their bragging is exagerated, and done in an attempt to 'big themselves up'.

 

IMO banning all of them wouldn't stop it, nor would it stop them spouting to anyone who'll listen. Far better to let them know that as a whole, the real hunting community is against them, and far from impressed

Tend to agree guys, I take part in all fieldsports, terriers/lurchers, shooting, etc and some of the posts do beg belief... Its hard to actually tell people, what there posting is not too clever without them taking offence..

There's not a lot of point in doing much about it to be honest. Delete threads that are going nowhere and ban people who really take the piss as you do already. But there's no point in putting too much effort into trying to sort out the people that incriminate themselves. If someone is so thick that they'll incriminate themselves, or is one of these twats that seems to be doing everything they can to harm to the sport, they will do so via youtube and to a slightly lesser extent, facebook. Some of the stuff on youtube is 10 times more incriminating that anything that's ever put on here, and these people are so f'ckin thick that they still think that they can't be traced because it's the internet.....leave them to it and let them drop themselves in the shit. If there was a possibility of eradicating them to protect the sport then it'd be worth putting the effort in to do something about it, but it's a completely impossible task unfortunately.

 

We do need more happy threads though........too much f'ckin moaning about foreigners and chavs!!!

I put a thread on here a week or so ago about some twats that had been driving and wrecking fields,anyone looking in would have read the thread and realized that the vast majority of people on here have nothing in common with those low lifes what so ever,surely if there were people replying to the thread that think it is right ,they should have been deleted not the thread
