doris 6 Posted October 20, 2011 Report Share Posted October 20, 2011 hahahahaha, v. funny. I had a similar situation last summer. my hound in my avatar photo was mooching in some long grass. At a distance he can look very similar to a Roe. Well out of the corner of my eye I saw a Roe buck come stomping over all territorial like. It got to within about 20 yards when it realised my 3/4 cross wasnt another deer in his territory. At the same instance my boy liffted his head and spotted the Roe . . . . . . bingo. He felled it within 30 yards. Of course I pulled him off and told the Roe to be on its way. Damn nuisance this wildlife. . . . . . ;-) 1 Quote Link to post
