they're not all my own ideas,ive been following the libertarian movement in America and find those ideals of personal responsibility,increased property rights and limited government very appealing.

i agree with you guys the politicians and crooked cops should face justice aswell,but no way that should interfere with dealing with this lot who took it upon themselfs to loot and destroy british cities.

I think they've just got them before the court and thought f**k'em they're a pair of nobody scallywags who no one worth a shit gives a damn about, so we'll make an example of these two! Tbh AFT I think the way the courts have seen this is these two lads, attempted at least, to be ring leaders. Now, at first they do not appear to have committed as serious a crime as those actually looting but in the eyes of the law what they did or attempted to do was ALOT worse. People are getting hung up on the fact that these lads actions had no real bad consiquences, imo thats not the point, they intended to cause hell! One rioter/looter will do a limited amount of damage, the indivduals that incite a riot (or attempt to) are responsible for the whole thing and should be hammered hard, whether they were successfull or not.

 

I agree that those who incite cause the most damage, that is a good point, but who were those pair of div's responsible of encouraging to riot though? No one can actually say whether they are responsible for people rioting or not, and they didn't riot themselves, So why would they give them such heavy sentences?

 

I'd bet a £Pound to a Penny that countless numbers of other idiots done the same and a hell of a lot worse than what them pair did mate, I think it's a clear case of them pair being made examples of, certainly not because they had done something so terribly bad that they needed 4 years.

 

That's my opinion anyway.

oh i agree fell,these sentences are handed to make an example,and possibly anyone else thinking this is easy.will think again.take away the riots and the guy taxing doughnuts would never have got 16month.same as the two lads on face book.i have no probs for them getting sent down,main reason being,that there no pride in the maj of the youth these days for the country they live in.Also this started of with the blacks rioting and looting,and yet some white lads chose to join in and behave like the zulus.thats what fundementaly imo is wrong.far to many white lads wanna walk,talk,and act like them.makes me wanna vomit.
