TOMO 29,037
im quite certain that the max age limit for a skilled worker to migrate to N.Z is 55,, so if your 50 you would be ok... think OZ is
fcuktheban 140
There are plenty of dogmen giving up the sport everyday out here to get a job and can't do the hours without the dogs paying for it.
Ideation 8,217
Me and my other half have discussed this a bit, with plans to move overseas for work, and generally a better life / future. The dogs would come as well, or i would wait until naturally dogless and then go and get a new pup there. The thing that i would hate leaving would be my ferrets, and the thought of ending up in a country where i could not ferret does weigh heavy on my mind.

Attack Fell Terrier 864
Jigsaw do you have any links or any more information on work prospects in NZ mate. I wouldn't mind doing a 6 month stint nothing long term, it'd be an experience you might wish you had taken if you don't?
mackem 29,726
Never had any problems with just dropping everything and heading off,its the coming back thats a downer sometimes, its ok when you first arrive back here but the excitement palls after a while and you yearn to be off again.
