Big bald beautiful 1,231
mk 3 standard has one fitted, the hc can have an insert fitted(crap) or a longer screw in one added but then its longer then the mk3. Quote Link to post

I once had a HW95K and had it fitted with a silencer - total waste of time. To be perfectly honest, there wasn't really much muzzle crack in the first place anyway. Threading the 95K and fitting a silencer was one decision I regretted until I sold the rifle. Cheers Duncan Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
What the shooter hears and what the quarry hears are two very different things. If you've a mate with a moderated springer, stand down range from him in a safe place and get them to shoot a few shots with the mod fitted. Then do the same with the mod off and you'll really notice the difference. Quote Link to post

Sweeney-Todd 208
Hi Foxfan. A good tune can reduce the noise made by the action. My HW95 was noisey to cock and fire until I had it tuned by Tony Wall Sandwell field sports. Its now very smooth to shoot, and very quiet too. The tune cost me £70......worth every penny for the performance I now have. Just a thought. Bill. Quote Link to post
