Stanleigh 135
He is physically abusing those poor kiddies, but to call it 'beating?' I agree with that....its certainly not nice simply because of the age of the kids and the fact some were girls....but getting wrapped across the knuckles, the cane or slipper was perfectly acceptable and infact promoted by most parents not too long ago.....nobody ever called that a " beating "....and when its done by a 6ft 4 18 stone rugby playing pe teacher its no fun even as a 13/14/15 year old.... Its the age/sex of the kids that makes your blood boil about this clip. Try telling those 5 yr old kids they weren,t getting a beating , lets not get involved in the correct wording for what we saw ,it was a fkn disgrace and heartbreaking to watch . I dont know your age Stan but if your of a certain age its no different to what you or i would have got that nobody classed as a beating then just pretty standard practise.....i say again, its the age of the kids and the fact some were girls that makes that clip everything you say it was. I've no problem with not using the exact wording, it's the constant need by the media these days to add extra drama to everything I dislike. The physical abuse of children should never be taken lightly, but nor should it need 'sexing up' with words that are carefully placed to elicit an extra emotional response. mackem 29,830
Happens in the UK also...... Alleged Child Abuser bailed again http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.u...hild_beatings/ A 59-year-old religious teacher has appeared in Court charged with ten counts of assault on children at a mosque. The teacher, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Bingley magistrates court yesterday. The alleged offences took place over four days in December, 2010 at the Markazi Jamia Mosque in Emily Street, Lawkholme, Keighley. The man was the teacher at the mosque at the time. Earlier this year the Keighley Muslim Association said the man connected with the allegations was no longer working at the mosque The grey-bearded man, of Keighley, appeared in court wearing traditional clothes and a hat. The hearing took just ten minutes before the bench at the Bingley magistrates. He faces ten different charges of assaulting persons unknown by beating. These were said to have taken place on four specific dates. Three charges of assaulting persons unknown by beating were said to have taken place on December 6, three were alleged to have happened on December 7, one on December 9, and three on December 13. The bench was told the application was for an adjournment until July 7 at Bradford Magistrates Court and that the man had surrendered his passport to police. Presiding magistrate, Carl Davids, told the man he would be granted bail with conditions not to contact children or young people who attended the mosque in Keighley. Mr Davids asked the man if he understood, and he replied yes.
