judge2010 196
Re trainings a brilliant idea .. but it dont guarantee a job at the end of it .. i would willingly train to do something to enable me to get a job out of it Lets be realistic though kay the country at this stage is not going to plough money into re-training for the simple reason you stated you can not guarrantee a job at the end of it. From my point of view tbh why should we? You get those people who either leave school with no qualifications/drop out of uni or college etc then bleat on for ever more about how we owe them training so they can work. Too many people love to play the blame game when sometimes (definately not always) the blame lies entirely with them. This society needs to start taking a greater sense of personal responsibility before we can ever move forwards. FTB argee 100%
scothunter 12,609
its alright saying we should do this and that, but at the end of the day there no f*****g jobs to be gotten, and those that do come up are filled before they are even advertised.

FTB I suppose i should have choose to have my children '' granny reared'' so i could pursue a '' career'' in my 20's But I didnt .. i stayed at home & brought them up to be decent human beings .. Now i find myself struggling to find ways of bringing in more much needed money i dont expect to be given anything from anyone .. i would much prefer to be able to make my own money rather than draw benefit

Unfortunately in some cases they are not deserved. I hope you find yourself something well paid to keep you ticking. FTB
