whippet 99 2,613
cracking thread with a quick question, dont know if this has been asked and excuse me if it has but over here before the ban , when two or three dogs catch a fox (uk), they usually play dead , to the extent of an inexsperienced dog thinking they are dead but much actually alive . obviously a pack of hounds is diffferent having exspereienced hounds . my question being do coyotes act in the same characteristics as our red friend over in the uk or do they battle too the end hence the numbers. many thanks as i know nothing about coyotes Quote Link to post
undisputed 1,664
Uphill's Stags did a fine job yesterday. We had some nice runs and catches. One or two more times out and we'll let them have pups for next years seed. Bull Stag on the throat. Quality picture like the fawn dog he's the spit of a dog my mate used to have whats in him Edited February 25, 2011 by undisputed Quote Link to post

Now there are coyotes and there are coyotes, but they dont give up the ghost with out a scruffel. Thats why its importatnt that your dogs are strait foward, no jacking throat dogs. Pin the business end and nobody gets hurt.Seen allot get the clamp from a coyote on the foot and bring a 80lb Stag to his knees on the catch. They must learn to throat and tuck those feet Quote Link to post
