odd shape ??

She looks a little high in the back end (back legs longer than the front) in that first pic...Is she a young Dog by any chance? You sometimes see that in young Dogs and it straightens itself out. It's obviously not a problem if she's performing though, just one of those things.

 

The chest looks a little shallower and broader than the average running dog, possibly the bull influence...again, not a problem as long as she does the job. I think she's a fine looking animal, just a little different that's all.

yes mate she is 2 yrs now but was only 1 when the first picture was taken . and i think the bull shows on her in places. cheers mick

collars on a lurcher also decieve the eye, 1st and last pic her neck looks short but if you look on the middle pic with no collar you can see its not :thumbs:

 

she is a nice dog , do you know how much collie and bull is in her ?

to be honest i dont know mate , as i got her when she was about 11 month and never found out of the lad , she had been passed about a bit . cheers mick

I think she looks good! In the top pic she is holding her head high, which maybe has hollowed her back a bit? I wouldn't say she looks 'odd'.

 

 

i think she looks normal , it just got me thinking when someone said she looked odd . but as they say horses for courses:thumbs:

i dont give a f**k what anyone thinks of the shape of my dog,your words mate,yet you started a thread on the subject,i would not give a flying what others think mate,its your dog and if it pleases you then that's all that matters, there's already to much my dogs better than yours on here and after all said and done looks dont catch game mate,enjoy the dog "LOOKS"ok to me lol :thumbs:

your right in what you say , and i should have know better than to rise to the odd shape remark in the first place , my dog fills my freezer so thats good enough for me :thumbs:
