I doubt it as the police can't even say whether tazers were fired before or after Moat fired.

All info seems to have to be queezed out of them in dribs and drabs.

Just to add, he was jailed for beating up his own daughter. Then he got out of nick and tried to kill her mother. And people are trying to make him out as a victim?

 

I agree with the OP that the use of those high power Tazers needs to be investigated but let's not start feeling sorry for Moat. I just don't want one of those high voltage killing machines pointed at me if I lose me rag one night!

Would of been nice to have him alive, however he was very unstable, aggressive, and very unpredictable.

 

I'm sure the police officers/service can justify their actions.

 

Why nice to have him alive?? That dick did the only decent thing in his life by shooting himself, think how much it would have cost to keep him in prison for the rest of his life!! just wish a few more villians were as considerate as him we'd have the national debt down in no time

Well IMHO his girlfriend sent him nuts he would never have shot a police officer if she had never lied and told him she was seeing a police officer! Also having to kids to the women you love must be hard to let her go, yes he went mental he done all these horrific thing but the man was brainwashed! Hes no legend but i dont think hes evil! In his word the police have hunted me for years now its my turn! The public may not fear me but the police should! Well as said before if the police weren't above the law all the time the man would believe they are there to do a job and not be sackless c**ts! I personally had a great night lamping on the night of his death as all the officer in the area were up there doing a decent job with my tax muny instead of chasing me round the fields for some poxi rabbits! Money well spent for one nights lamping!
