Yo airgunners, not a big long essay this one, was checking out the land I was given back this year to sort out, at the moment its getting snared and the little'uns are getting lead If you look under the sun in the pick at the tree line on the horizon, you will be able to see the damage (bare patches) the rabbits have done to this field, the hungry little feckers

 

 

So I was up there the other evening checking the wires, you lads know the score, gun rested on your lap while you empty and reset, and out pops a nice sized ferret dinner Lent forward to look through my sights, WHACK! aerial acrobat On to the next hedgeline, which is sat on a 13ft incline on one side, this is where the rabbit warrens are, I tried to ferret it last season with comical results, its as slippery as f**k with a stinkingly muddy ditch at the bottom :sick: . So out pops another nice sized bunny, so the same thing again, lent forward, WHACK! and over he goes, under the hedge, down the embankment, into the mud :sick: Closely followed by me trying to grab it before it sank into the quagmire It was a little muddy when I managed to grab the little git, but a quick wash under the tap when I get home, and the ferrets wont mind at all I wound up with 14 nice bunnies, 12 from the wires, 2 from the HW100T, so all in all a nice productive little walk round

I'm flat out at the minute, hope to put some topics up after this month is out the way, only using my phone to access the site most of the time, so the pix on some topics wont load, so mostly comments only lately

I'm thinking of using some wires on the new permission; just so the landowner can see the results, but I'd personally prefer to knock em over with the guns

With the amount of work I've done on our house, I could have built a block of flats, her indoors keeps changing her mind And covering for folk on holidays from work, its a grueller mate
