The met office, then type in your postcode, or the model aircraft site rcl i think, good for wind speed etc,

sorry its not rcl its xc weather, excellent for wind, speed etc

use the met office aviation, you just need to register. You get loads of info and a very handy radar pic so you can judge for youself which I guarantee will be a better effort that the BBC weather which tends to be wrong 90% of the time.
