TO SHOW OR NOT TO SHOW, THAT IS THE ? WHY DO PEOPLE GET SLATED IF THEY SHOW THERE DOGS , MOST DO , KEEPS THEM FIT ALL YEAR ROUND , YOU GOT PEST CONTROLLERS PLUS WELL KNOWN TERRIERMEN SHOWING , SO WHY BE SLATED FOR IT CMON GUYS GET YA OPINIONS ON HERE , LETS SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS DEBATE

The terrier shows raise money towards equiptment for rescues, and the club. The lurcher shows used to raise money for the club, to pay for some land to work. Also its just a good meeting place for like-minded people, and to show their dogs, some dogs in fantastic condition.

I dont mind the fact that people show their dogs...... Its the numptys that take it far too seriously that do my head in. Shows should be a bit of fun for the summer months.... not a friggin be all and end all of a dogs life... atb stabba

Totally agree:thumbs: The only people who should take show's seriously are the organisers everybody else should treat it as a bit of fun, and a day out with like minded people, share the craic and a few beers

I don't go to many shows but the people that get me are the ones with vans full of boxes all varnished up lovely with a dog for every class in it, even at the small shows. Whats the deal wearing all the moleskins and tattersall shirts etc too, does it help your terrier win? Oh and the lads in full winter cammo with the white trainers
