migmog 1
As I'm not a hunter yet and still learning about things, I've been on here and other forums for a while getting clued up, I have been invited out for a day with a goshawk on this fella's permission, I know he's doing me a favour and would not think twice about visiting on my own, And one day when I do have my own permission (hopefully), I will return the favour to anyone who has helped me out on visits to there permission. Thats the way to go lad
Matt 160
Not to be funny mate but some people can't write as well as yourself!!! I fully understand that Mushroom, but that still does not excuse a blatant infringement of the rules. Text talk is rightly banned from this forum as it is considered to be lazy and sloppy, and it makes posts more difficult for old farts like me to read. As I've already asked, how difficult is it to type the word 'you'? Not very.

fraggle 4
My old permission i took a good mate of here, we had some good nights working his dogs on there. When i moved i gave that to him and another friend as it was now to far to travel, due to me inviting him on there he got to know the farmer so was a lot easier to hand over. My new area is hard to get ive asked for some one to let me on theres when they are but no replies lol. Oh well, back to driving circles around here till i find something. fireman 11,387
Have to say i let some lads onto a bit of mine and got burnt, but saying that i've done the same since and been respected by other lads, been onto others ground and never thought about ever going back without them. It's nearly as bad as having your misses done by one of your mates when you get fecked over after trying to help someone out. steviemann 5
easily sorted, if i gonna invite people out for the day/night, i justtake them on somebody elses permission, no seriously if you cannae take newbies an others less others fortunate than yourself out forn a day/night then our chosen sports are fecked all ready, we may as well all go poaching anyways as without us standing together an helping each other then it will all be banned anyways an besides, if anybody is daft enuff tae take somebody out that they aint too sure of then thats there own fault iv took loads out, some old, some young, some newbies, some real hunters that tought me a lot however they only accompanied me after meeting up an getting tae know each other jmho Dotty Trouble is people get greedy. Human nature. Got to really know and trust him/her cos at the end of the day it's your reputation at stake, and years and years of hard work can be spoilt in an instant!
