johnmac666 2
awesome idea that. I might try that cat flap idea some good set ups there lads , was going to convert my shed for ferrets but decided on an outside run & underneath area, make sure no wood is exposed in corners because after a while it stinks as pee soaks in wood ( i used lino 1ft out of each corner ) smell has gone a bit, mine is 1x 4 double storey 1 x 7ft long x 3ft wide hutch & outside cube 1.5mx 1.5 m with ball pool & underground tunnels with access everything is sat on flags easy to wash down with hose the ferrets love being able to get outside some days they just sit on top of the ball pool snoozing away may attach it all to shed as i have a spare hutch inside for when i do a major clean on hutches anyway i digress didnt mean to hijack your thread l .hope to see some pics of your finished project a.t.b regards john Quote Link to post

mattydski 560
This is my court. My ferrets sleep in their hutches in the shed during the night, but go out in the court during the day. It has a concrete floor and dwarf walls, so they can dig safely to their hearts content. It also has a nest box, swimming pool, underground tubes and a large hammock. found another pic Edited August 31, 2009 by mattydski Quote Link to post

kayteetess 9
some great courts on here, weve just built one for ours and they love it, after seeing them run up and down the mesh in a hutch from going into a massive court with everything and enjoying it is fantastic, id never go back to hutches for the ferrets, and after friends seeing ours theyve gone on to build one themselves and said exactly the same !!! GET BUILDING THEM COURTS !!!!!!!!!! Quote Link to post
