Thats it, have a shower and then do the smutty things. I'll have a cup of tea while I am waiting.

Did I mention the bit about forgetting things ???

Is Kay trying to drown herself ?? Can't wait for ever for some answers here now can I. So lets get back on topic before the smutty (and by now wrinkly ) one gets back.

I have conducted some tests on this matter.

Using Yorkshire tea bags, I have had good results with the following method, put in cup, pour on boiling water, stir 7 times in a clockwise direction, stop bag, squeeze out bag.

I am fairly certain, that leaving air in the bag will impede the infusion process, so it's definitely 'exclude all the air', allowing the hot water to infuse with as much tea as possible.

Could be wrong though, as I had good results with round tea bags and poring the water over them in such a slow manner, that the bag stays at the top with a little air bubble in it.

Would it be better to combine the two methods ???

Come on folks this research could change the tea culture in the whole of the UK.
