i heard that plastic pipes dont tend to hold so well, maybe something to do with them being to slippy under foot or something? Im gunna try and make some next summer due to a lack of natural holes on my ground. Would be good to see some plans or photos of some

i treid terrier racing once but my bitch was more intrested in trying to fight every other dog that was ragging the drag Recipe for disaster at the hunt shows with working terriers going after the same thing!!

Just read somewhere that jack russell was used in the original make up of the old fell terriers and patterdales......would i be right in thinking that it is infact the fells and lakelands that were used to butch up the jack russells??? I know that border and bedlington was used in the old fell types and can still be seen quite strongly in some of todays fell types

What you boys carry inthe motor for first aid or what do you use at home for any bad injuries? Im lucky enough to know a hunt vet but would like to keep a fe essentials to hand for when im out and about

cheers mate! has been on the rats for the last few months only seen one red boy and i had to prize his jaws open for him to let go an he's got a set o nashers on him a pit bull would be proud of! all my mates call him teeth mines only been on rats aswell but is going to ground good as gold, and has seen a few live ones aboce ground then had a good old chew on them, but not had the best of starts really but all down to my own doings. I dont know anyone locally with dogs to go out with some im doing it alone down my way and last time she went to ground i suspect she was false marking b

Can only do it in england to preserve game bird (wild or otherwise) for the sake of shooting the birds for sport...... yet cant get rid of a lamb killer (according to the law) Got to make sure the fox bolts aswell and cant reaaaallllyyy dig down unless your dogs trapped or something Basically the law over here is the biggest shambles you ever did read

Can deffinatly see the lakie influence in the liiter my bitch was from, not so much in my bitch but ddefinatly in some of her brothers and sisters. The sire was a red fell that looked very much like a lakie just without the black and tan colour. Head on him like a brick but still not an overly muscly dog and very narrow
