Problem is you Think you know a lot about boxing and all the little divs on here who would lik you'd ass if you asked them to also think you are some boxing god but you won't tell us who you really are if your the man you say you are who takes the pros on the pads and goes to all the matches at the 02 then yould have no problem saying oh I'm so and so beacuse yould gain a lot more respect

Its worlds apart in terms of physical conditioning knowledge.....and even though i dont doubt that Fury has access to state of the art equipment that we,re just not seeing in these type of clips the knowledge behind it i believe is worlds apart.........that anti gravity treadmill Josh is using is a 45k piece of kit for elite athletes......compared to Fury doing some broomstick twists its like Rocky 4 in comparison......but then look at the outcome of that so nothing is written in stone after all said and done. All this state of the art stuff is bollocks plenty of roads plenty of little rough h

I've just changed one of mine to the tab style you need to get out into the woods find a nice Y shaped fork ash saplings and ash are the best chance of finding a decent one to be honest sand it down and give it a Finnish or just leave It sanded and then attach leather tabs onto the end of forks then buy your elastic to fit onto the catty and you are awayGet a pic up mate

Just took my flat theraband elastic of my cattypult and fitted some tabs for the gypsy tab style what is the best elastic to use for this and where to buy it from am I right in saying tubes are what you need to use
