  2. If i'd have had two pennies to rub together after my divorce i'd of done it then definately, i guess it all depends on what you can do without, whether you have a house to rent to cover your mortgage etc etc.... Ali, your right, one of the reasons i love Lincolnshire is because the way of life seems slower.... im sure someone will correct me if im wrong, but my aunt lived in sleaford.which is in lincolnshire i think?absouletely great place and had many a good holiday in the summer there.my cousin and uncles were in the raf in fact think most people that lived there were connected to the ra

Been a while since I had a air rifle and had time to shoot one but got a new permission , plenty of woodland and hedges and full of squirrels and rabbits I ain't had a pcp since a login s16 and to be honest I am now itching to get one again but I'm a bit out of touch with what's good and what's not so advice please guys ? 7. A lot of Bullxs about wont have stafford in there makeup or not the kc type anyway, and there temperament can be different. My two were not k.c , more bred along the old lines athletic and in proportion .I'm in no rush to get a pup straight away anyway , I'll keep my eyes open and try and find a good line bred bull X from tried workers
  8. I'm wanting another mooching companion , I've had 2 Staffords and a staff X terrier and I gelled well with those dogs and found there temprement and attitude to suit me . This is me wondering if the temprement and character carries over in the lurcher , I'm not after a world beater ( be nice though ) just a mooching ferreting and lamping dog .
  9. Did the lurcher you lost cover your hunting requirements ?,if it did id source another of the same ilk.If it did not id re-evaluate what you need from a lurcher then decide on the type that would suit best. He was a good dog no world beater but did all I asked of him although his stubbornness was the biggest problem I had with him , that and him opening up and he wasn't entered to early or unfit he just was a mouthy sod haha Still I had him six years and did the best with what I had , he marked well and hunted what ever I put him on although I would have liked a bit more prey drive sometimes
  10. I lost my lurcher last year ( collie grey X whippet ) And have been putting off getting another dog for a while but ya know what it's like I miss just having a dog around I've never owned a bull cross before and I've seen a few work and have owned a couple of Staffordshires and they were a joy to train , I'm interested in getting a pup from this breeding just wanted to know how much the bull has a effect on temprement and tractibility ?? Tanks in advance guys
