yes he does mate he has'nt got a bad nose on him actually,he's spot on mate with other dogs or i would'nt keep him but after saying that its the wife's dog so i suppose i could'nt get rid of him if he was'nt 100%.

only six lurchers mate some of the bits we done were'nt covered not enough men.we all dont stand in 1 place.

went out this morning for our usuall meet up,to do a few local spots before everyone heads off to the pub my mate got the 1st with his 2 bull crosses,and brought it back to give the terriers and spaniels a rag on the dead fox.

gaza yes it's a whippet grey x bull grey it stands about 23 ish mate never really had a tape to it, it's my brothers dog.i know what you mean lucky with the weather its the first decent nights weather we've had for a while,i havent had a decent night out for ages.

took my lad and brother on back of van earlier to see if we could get a run with a hare or 2 to give dogs a bit of exercise,this is what we got,the kids done well.

would of been better mate with your camera,i try an action shot with my camera as dog takes off after rabbit,it as it caught by the time cameras clicks.gonna have to do some over time i think. cheers lads

went out for a few hours today with my brother and my mate with their dogs.tried some new permission ended up with 15,some places no good for running dogs but were not into that netting up crack(to lazy)so will get the ones that got away with the lamp.camera batteries packed in before the end.

this is my dog with his brother after a nights lamping.

this is my first cross bull greyhound,the best dog ive ever had,and i've had a few over the years.no problem with kids,other dogs,quick enough to catch hares day or night(not everyone of course)and as good a rabbiter as i've seen.he stands 26 @ the shoulder.a lot of the problems mentioned about the breed in this topic are down to a bad upbringing.if dogs are socialised with kids and other dogs as pups there would'nt be problems when older.and thats the same for any breed.

i dont think the hose pipe will work ,by the time you get down stairs open the door turn the water on all the dogs have heard you and are standing in the pen,do you soak them all?dont think so.a piece of alkethane pipe might do the trick.(cruel to be kind)
