  1. So still looking for a pup, i reckon ive rang... 6-7 people regarding litters advertised in the last month or so and what ive heard is unreal....there all out of "working dogs" apparently... You ask for photos and well its clear the dogs have never left the back garden alone! Had one pestering me telling me there out of so and so which are cracking lines.. Googled the name...he's a convicted dog thief! Others only send one photo of the parents...ive spoke to one fella thats bred saluki bull greys... Neither of the parents have seen anything but bunnys...the latest i rang and said i was ringing

  3. May have spoke to soon, took him down the pub this evening and whilst ordering a pint..pissed on this fellas coat hung on a chair.. The shithouse!!!!! Lol
  4. Most dogs start of having a piss in the squat position as they mature they start to cock a leg occasionally then nearly all the time, some dogs start to scratch their legs on the floor and flick soil, they are just marking their territory the flicking soil just throws their sent over a wider more noticeable area for others to smell. Ive had this issue before its a case of catching them mid squirt or before if you think they are going to do it,just try and brake the habit before it becomes one,,,,,,,otherwise its a cage or outside no way will you your wife or kids will put up with yellow stains
  5. Ive one kennel and the lurchers in there, wouldnt kennel them together. Im wondering if it could also be something to do with the lurcher being in heat?might have your answer there Yeh we deep cleaned the house and got rif of any other dog smells with fabreeze he hasnt done it thank god.

  7. Ive one kennel and the lurchers in there, wouldnt kennel them together. Im wondering if it could also be something to do with the lurcher being in heat? Definitely. A terrier at 6 months of age is far more mature than most lurchers of the same age would be. If you can't kennel him why not cage him in the house? He is in a cage but i dont wanna leave the poor sod confined to that forever. Plus the kids enjoy playing with him too.

Ive just thought, its only been the last few days SINCE and ive only just thought of this...i brought the lurcher in a couple nights and left her on the kitchen as i was freezing and im a soft b*****d. The terriers in his crate in yhe dining room. The lurcher pissed in kitchen both nights (kenneled since born so not house trained)..... Something to do with it possibly marking territory after her pissing in house??
  11. My 6 month patt pup was house trained by 12 weeks....last few days though he's started cockimg his leg on the corner walls, washing machine last night and leg chairs this morning. My Mrs is not happy to say the least and with 2 young children in the house its just not on. Can anyone shed any light on this?
