  1. Here are my pics from the day, no A-Frame pics as I discovered that the short lens for my camera was broken :'( so only had the long lens to use on the day but here are the pics I did take, enjoy! Id like to ask here people to check their cars and bags ect as one of the muzzles is missing, it is a very distinctive muzzle as it is the blueprint to all the muzzles the Cedar Saddlery now make, it was in chestnut leather and has no rivets in it unlike all other muzzles made after, it is unique! We understand on the day people chuck things away in bags and we are certain it would have been
  2. No worries, plenty more events this year for when doggies on top form.
  3. ACES has booked the greyhound track at Brands Hatch again, £10 per dog, tickets will be available to purchase at the ACES day and ACES weight pull day before hand or you can turn up on the day, please let us know if you wish to come along, remember the dogs run in groups of 2 or 3 so they need to be comfortable in muzzles, single runs can be arranged but the more dogs we can get running in muzzles the more runs all dogs will get. Please get there for 2:30 so we can put dogs in groups, thanks Cant get the links up for pics but please feel free to contact me for more info or pics from t
  4. Regulars have there own stuff but ACES does supply a certain amount of equipment for people that have never been, we dont expect people to turn up with stuff they have never done before. vertical scale is where the dogs climb a wall and we see how far they can jump up and grab, some dogs like this some do not, depends how much they like playing tug really. We will be doing weight pull lift this ACES day, this is a new event we are trying out, we have only done it once before but the dogs do need a harness, we do have a few sizes to lend out if needed. Sorry for bad pic but w
  5. I used to get my carcasses from the butcher but when I took up full time work found it difficult to get to him on the days he needed me to collect, I have ordered several things from Landywoods and dont rate the minced bags(personally) But I do now order and am very happy with the chicken carcasses, I get 16 bags of chicken carcasses and that costs £32 I believe, because we feed 1 day raw 1 day kibble it lasts 8 weeks and I have 4 dogs on it. They do only tend to deliver on certain days and you have to remember to order as they wont put in an order automatically, well they wouldnt with me as

  8. Due to lack of light on this ACES day we will be doing group running so all dogs must wear muzzles! Now if your dog does not wear a muzzle or you do not wish it to run in a muzzle then your runs will be reduced. We will be doing weight pull lift, group runs and then vertical scale. We can not emphasise enough how important it is for you to get your dog used to wearing a muzzle and owning one yourself, dogs must also have muzzles suitable to run in, Mikki muzzles or similar are not suitable! We will be starting the new groups (below) this year so all dogs will be measured and weig
