I can tell by the terrier in your picture how fit your dogs are and how fit you keep them they must get some graft ,lol And if he wants to take the dog ratting it wants to be fitish for the job if he wants the dog to have a chance of catching out.

What's a sounder, sorry for asking lol, dogs 4now and works well below ground I lost two dogs last season so I have two pups on the go now for next season what I am trying to bring on , I have two false earths on some land which drag the tails of the foxes through to get them going down, some have block ends so pups have to learn to back up, and some have tight spots , it works well I think it does ,

Went for a walk on some new permission this morning, to see if I could remove a pheasant killer, meet the farmer who asked if we could help remove the problem after a quick chat we where off up the hill and over a fence into a nice wood 150 yards in and there was a beautiful three holer dog showed all the right signs so nets on and way he went , after about 5mins dog had found his target and marked him at 5ft just over a hour later this fellow was dispatched a good big fox a heavy bugger good living on pheasant, happy farmer
