A lot are too big, they also need to be narrow because of their size, I can span Milly easily enough as with most of the other dogs, the ones I have put up pics of. See that gap in the gate behind tag in the pic below... It's 3 3/4" wide......... We couldn't work out how he was getting out.... All Patterdales are good then are they ???? Anyway, Nicky has had and has bred some good digging bedlingtons, the trouble with Nicky is he will breed from untried and untested dogs, so therefore you wil get some wasteage, wasteage that is unneccesary if he were more selective, same goes for anyone who breeds for money rather than the improvement of the breed, Nicky's a good mate of mine but he does churn out a few litters a year, I'd just ask what are they out of and what have the parents (lines) done before parting with any real cash....

FRANKIE IT SEEMS VERY COMMON NOW DAYS THAT THE COPS ARE BACKING THE USPCA IN ATTACKING SHOWS TO LOOK FOR STRONG DOG CLASSES . I was police turned up in full gear looking for 'fighting dogs' APT's apparently, went straight to a van that had American Bulldogs in it...... they were a bit keen seems like someone tipped em off, but there was f**k all there, they went away with egg on their faces.... I have loads of pics of dogs from the show... willl post em soon....

No worries mate, I put it down to experience and blamed myself... a lot has changed in my life over the last few weeks and I have moved to pastures new...... My GSD's are doing fine, both owners keep ringing me and telling me how good mannerered and well trained they are... Which I knew anyway... My Lurcher bitch is doing fine, Just wish she was with me now... Fecking game everywhere..... And my terriers, that came with me are settling in well... When I get some time I'll fill u all i as to what I'm doing !!!

Having my coffee this morning in me garden when I overhear one of the locals telling another that he lost 20 chickens yesterday to a fox ..... Knowing where the earth is I tooled up and took Paddy and Tag over for a look with him.... Nothing at home, no signs, feck all, checked the covers around where his chickens were lots of bit of chicken no foxes... Walking back with Paddy and Tag of leads, they fly into cover and start a rumble through the trash... As it happens, looking at that pic again it's not Freddy it's Buddy... In reference to your question they both are related to Bron down the lines, Freddy is out of Yogi and a bitch from Nicky. Thanks for all your comments, he just pissed me off big time, I know I'll get on with it.... He better make the grade this season, Milly's still out of action so I'm partially relying on him.... he's done alright so far.... On his temperament question, he's a fecking weird one.... had him loose with hounds and other terriers since he was young so gets on well with them, then when he's on a lead he's like if he's spooked... needs to be walked through a busy shopping centre to get used to hustle and bustle... anyway enough of the tagcunt... Blimey! sorry to hear of this, how awful for you. However personally in this case i'd be blaming myself if it were me. He obviously knows he's done wrong which is why he reacted that way. Sometimes males can get so frustrated with bitch pups because all the adult male wants to do is mount it the pup turns on the dog & dog thinks i'm having none of that & reacts, sometimes sadly with the pup coming off worse. Also if Tag was maybe just having a bad day & the pup was tormenting him it could have broke his temper. I'd put this down to experience & get on with Tag as afterall do
