Just my opinion for what it is worth but a dog that takes deer in the manner you describe will miss alot more than it will take. I prefer a dog that takes a hock then moves to the throat once the deer is floored Have to agree . A dog that goes for the front end will loose a lot of deer where the fields are not that big , it can be a good style on the hill or big ground . Imo a dog will kill more going for the hock more or less tripping the deer up then round onto the throat . But thats just my opinion from what ive seen and ive seen one or two

That site was finished long ago . The only threads that get a lot of replies are the ones the mods write and prmda speaks rubbish about rubbish This happened a few years ago I was at an old firm game at Celtic park and I was heading back to the bus with a lad , we were walking past a couple of police vans and there was 4 police standing across from the vans . IMO racey doesnt mean its a fast dog its more to do with its physical attributes a racey dog regarding a bull cross would mean its went more towards the grey hound physically

dogs can digest a full stomach of food in 12 hours so you can feed a dog the normal amount of food (or if its going to be worked hard the next day i give extra) 12 hours before going out .... CASPA you dont seem to know a lot about feeding mate ... your dogs will be running on empty if you are only feeding a small amount 24 hours before taking them out .... if you feed a nice fatty meat diet on the saturday night you WILL get more out of the dog the next day ......... i feed my dogs big meals so thes no emty to worrybout.ther very wel sized iff u look in my galery.oh and i dont mind havin a
