Thanks for all your advice the main thing I need to consider. Is th weight of the gun for him to be honest and I'm not wanting to spend a fortune around £150 perferable with a scope and something I can borrow now and then

He's only young just turning 7 so weight would be an issue got the little lad out of watching cartoons and out ferreting with me and then last week went out with my mate and an old rifle

Well other half has decided to bring then in at night til I can locks for the hutches they have been there for a year on the back yard as iv said. I'm gutted for the little man it was his fav out of the lot

There's only one lad round here who I go out with and he's more into lamping the other lad I go out with lives a fair distance. I know why they wouldnt of taken the hob they wouldn't of been able to pick him up as he's evil our lass can do owt to him. The old jill was in a seperate cage and the jill that's gone was in with the hob to bring her out of season. She couldn't of got out as the door on the front is sealed and I keep a tyre on top of it to stop them pushing the lid up
