good thinking batman save me losing me good pouters when i get them bit far of a drive to Scotland for every time i loose a pouter on a hant will do mate ill see how it goes ill prob breed a good few pouters first incase anything goes wrong least all have some to fall back on then

most pouters, especially horseman an the spanish breeds will work mate, its all about putting steam into them, thats why you keep them seperate an then the horn will make them go range, if you are to target ferals then a plain blue barred or cheq bird is better as ferals are less weary of them with them being more natural looking, tho some ferals will go mad for a bit of white aswell. pouters will work 24/7 if left paired together so yeah you will get a pretty good idea of how well he will work just by watching him in a pen with a hen next door, or even allowed out in the hut together. a good

aye been trying to get my mate into it but he wont buy it he's into canary's and finches waste of time them lol but once i get pouters ill no if there anybody about that i dont no of lol i said the same but i should of f****d it out again once i fed it an watered it thats the second i caught in 2days must of been a race on somewhere and they dropped of for a guy that bes down the local pub rung me saying they've one my pigeons and to come down get it and it was a racing pigeon that come into the pub

had a mate that happened to he had 5 hatched out all dropped of a day apart but the pair went again and he has 2 rared out of 3 now is that them birds first time breeding?

going well so far like a was saying on other topic have a pair hatched out 2 chicks going well so far ,, built a new shed for them 2 need to put a roof on it will get some photos up of it for you's caught a racing pigeon the other week he come in we my birds I've put him in a cage we another bird hes this years young hes a year 13 tag on him but he's an awful hump on him whatever's wrong we him any ideas?

I've give a fiver a bird few months ago and just the other fortnight,,, i have 11 rollers and there's 7 of them rolling (as other 4 breeding and didn't let them out yet)anybody wants to give me 90.00 all be reasonable 2 pair you'll get will see if i can get a video up sometime Your fiver each birds could be better than them 90 a pair birds mate. its just something that can't be messed with,, even thoe it's hard on us to be sore on them it has to be done mate right you were

will take a few weeks to build a bond with dog as said mate get a rope for as far as you want him to range maybe get him on the whistle over time but dont over do it with him as it will do him no good,,,, when trust built,, then get a small cap gun, while walking him fire a few over him he'll soon pass no regards on the shot when out in field and if you are looking a dog to hunt pheasants and what ever else you've got one now they can be hard to get so try put plenty of time into him half an hour in morning and then the evening as then you wont be sickening him he could take more time or les

got to agree. if you dig it up just to let it go you dont have a leg to stand on when Mr Townie comes along and says its cruel because your only doing it for your own pleasure imo. either do the job properly or dont do it at all. too many people take the sport to heart it's not a job,,,,,, it's a HOBBY,,,,, you don't shoot yourself on the foot for the next time when hunting and if you do kill/shoot all try put back in what you take out it keeps the circle going

am feeding them on wheat/barley and layers pellets,it's all mixed up it I've pigeons like pheasants i haven't let me rollers out yet ill defo be keeping them in now i have tumblers on a egg (as i smashed one by accident) and i think its 2 hens that's swapping around clocking or is this possible or is 1 of them a doo???? thanks for the advice lads

does your neighbor ever through in bits of scraps over the fence???? (you prob haven't even got any) maybe it may have sparked them off if so mate no mate mi sister lives next door. that's that reason out the window

my limericks are the same i keep them in a day fly them the next day there flying bit more but still landing back after few laps bloody torcher they'll even land in down on ground in front of dogs pens,,,, heading scotland in august will be infesting in a few pouters to take home apparently they fly alot better thinking on getting myself 3 pair
