    the NGRC rules requires all greyhounds to be muzzled when in public and in training, this does not apply to privately owned greyhounds it,s law I n,ire all greyhounds have to be muzzled or any cross with g,h blood in them been sent back home many a time for not having a muzzle on the dog.
