i see lads have there say on rock piles dogs and say there not the same as earth dog i sort of agree with them again i think it's what there used to it a dog is used in rock mainly i think there master the art yes i think a leggy terrier is a step up when it comes to rocks but the think the nose play a big part,this was proved to me at a rock pile where a good earth dog past a fox where a other good earth dog used his nose more and found the fox, i am lucky enough to own a dog that can use it's nose in rock and earth, i agree some rock piles can be a nightmare, but what is it foxes love the

i have a salukie bull greyhound x bull its 5 1/2 month and stands at 18inches and should grow to b 21-22 inches so your whippet should make ruthly the same and my old dog buster witch was almost pure whippet just had a touch of bull was about 20 inches and ocasionly caught hare pre ban so ur whippet should be fine How can a bedlington 18tts cross with a ped whippet 19tts throw pups 22tts f**k knows but ive sin bedlinton whippets 20-21inches tts stick to the topic lads if ye want to get into it do via pm , sounder
