    I have been reading this thread carfully lol I have been doing the same for months looking for a border pup from grafting parents my search lead me to a 300 mile round trip after lengthy chats the breeder who i hit it off with strait away he knew a few chaps i hunt with and after asking a few questions round the boys he was instantly vouched for few pics of the sire and dam confirmed things further he kc registered the pups for good of the breed to keep lines going had 5 pups kept 2 for himself and sold the rest for what they cost him to rear and keep did not mak a penny out of me i had 2 and

    nice looking dog mate, just a few questions how have you lost him a few times to ground but dont have no where to work him? this is not a sly dig I am interested but would like to know a bit more about the dog what is the parents like in regards to work they have done. why was the dog bred as in was he bred for money or a genuine worker to worker litter to keep dog back

    Hi all. I have 1 puppy bitch laeft she was my pick of the litter need to get rid of her as the boys dog i used over my bitch wanted pick of the litter but has since decided he wanted the stud fee instead. She is 3 quarter russel quarter lakeland. strongest pup in litter and the bloodlines are amazing tail legally docked wormed upto date pup is 10 weeks old today dam and sire work all legal quarry. In south wales pup is black and tan smooth coated and i need £150 for her fist to see will buy i have no pics as i am at work come see her any time. Thanks

    Hi Guys and gals you have prob had this post before i do alot of clay shooting rabbits and fox but i started to dabble in a bit of pigeon shooting last year and enjoyed it i have had good and bad days as like most ppl. I am just looking to get a bit of a edge on the birds do anyone have any ideas i can use for decoy patterns. Thanks in advance

    i found that taking them out with a tennis ball or a puppy dummy really helps with the bonding process quality time with you and the dog make sure this is done in little spells always keep them wanting more 3 or 4 runs with ball or dummy is all they must have in a day. never let them play with that ball unless you are wanting the retrieve because it will turn into his ball and it should be a game that will get him retriving to you perfectly and if he starts running past you with it which he will then stand with your back against a wall that will stop him going past you.     Just bred a litter of russel lakelands will be 3 quarter russel quarter lakeland dam and sire does everything we want from them. legally docked and parvo jabbed also microchipped on 1st of sept when they are ready. 3 bitches 2 dogs all really strong pups bred for myself as i wanted a pup back from the dam.     70 bunnys in 1 night that is some going that is 7 a hour if you was out for 10 hours of lamping and then you have a super fit dog i have not seen any lurcher that can do that kind of running and if it was not that long then the bunnys per hour will clearly go up i am stunned

    Hi mate i had the same problem my lurcher would start dribbling badly then be sick i was told to give her a ginger biscuit i thought it was a wind up but it worked i giver her one or two now when i am off out she dribbles a tiny bit nothing to what she is like if i dont give her them try it mate
